Before whitening begins, a protective barrier is carefully applied along the gumline to help prevent the whitening gel from coming into contact with delicate gum tissue. This added protection helps reduce the risk of irritation and provides a more comfortable whitening experience.

At the start of every appointment, we use a professional tooth shade guide to match your current shade and document where you’re starting from. It’s a quick and simple step—but it gives you a clear before-and-after view of your results.

Treatment

Our comfortable, mess-free whitening process uses a cheek retractor to protect lips and gums, avoiding traditional trays.

Professional-grade gel is precisely applied to each tooth and activated by an LED light. Relax and listen to music or your favourite podcast for a stress-free experience.

Results

At the end of your treatment, we’ll compare your results using the same professional shade guide we used at the start—so you can clearly see how many shades brighter your smile has become.

Most clients see a noticeable lift after just one session, especially if they have surface stains from coffee, wine, tea, or tobacco. Results vary based on your natural tooth colour and lifestyle, but one thing’s consistent: you’ll leave with a smile that looks fresher, brighter, and more confident.

After Care

Your teeth are more absorbent during the first 24 hours after whitening, which makes them more prone to staining. For the first hour post-treatment, stick to water only—no food or coloured drinks.

Over the next 24 hours, avoid anything that can stain or cause sensitivity: coffee, tea, wine, red sauces, berries, dark soda, acidic foods—and no smoking or vape products during this time.
